On Feb. 1, over 60 Cub Scouts from Pack 325 participated in the annual Pinewood Derby. Scouts spent weeks preparing by designing, cutting, assembling and decorating their cars—all with the hope of being the fastest to the finish line. Each den also works together to make a car that competes against other dens to be the slowest car. Congratulations to Den 1 for taking home the Golden Hub Cap award once again.

Congratulations to all the scouts and to Benjamin Reilly (1st overall), Matthew Brissette (2nd overall) and Noah Woodman (3rd overall).

In addition, Pack 325 would like to thank the following sponsors for their generous donations to the event: Arrow Concrete, Big Y, Cahill Motors, Cake Gypsy, Christopher Bryant Company, Cumberland Farms, Granby Lions Club, Lost Acres Vineyard, Necker’s Toyland, Salmon Brook Veterinary Hospital, The Whisk and Thomas Hooker Brewery.
