Parents for a Safe Grad Night need your help. We need donations and volunteers. You don’t have to have a senior to contribute. We need NON-SENIOR Parents to chaperone. We need donations from the community so that every student receives a prize. We need volunteers to help on committees to ensure another great year. The GMHS Grad Night is for Seniors but it is the community that makes it work.
Safe Grad Night is held at the Granby YMCA on graduation night and offers a fun-filled, substance-free event for seniors. Last year more than 80 percent of the graduating class attended. This event cannot happen without the following— please consider participating.

A volunteer with a graphic background to help with the Art/Invitation contest where seniors submit designs for the invitation and t-shirt.
If you are interested in volunteering, please join us for the meeting on Tuesday, November 13, at 7 p.m. in the media center at GMHS. If you cannot attend but would like to help, see the contacts below. The event is chaperoned by NON-Senior parents, so volunteers are needed. Senior parents can help with the planning prior to the event and with collecting and contributing donations.

Another way to support this event is by surprising your friends with a flock of pink flamingos roosting on their lawn for 48 hours. They mysteriously migrate when the time is up and go on to roost at another address. All we ask to participate in the FLOCKING is a donation of $25 or more to the Granby Parents for a Safe Graduation.
