According to Wikipedia, “a dream is a succession of images, ideas, emotions and sensations that usually occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep.” Do you have vivid dreams while you sleep or even vivid day dreams? Would you like to find out how to interpret these dreams? If so, the Granby Senior Center Civic Engagement Education Team’s March Lunch for the Mind Program can help.

Natalie Griffin of Naughty Shaman LLC in Glastonbury will present the workshop, Dreams and Waking Dreams on Wednesday, March 21, at 12:30 p.m. at the senior center. Griffin says: “The language of the soul is spoken in symbols and dreams. We can have an even richer experience of life when we begin to understand the language of the symbols that show up in our everyday life and in dreams.” The workshop will examine these dream symbols and four types of dreams and develop our ability to interpret the symbols and events that we see. She will also discuss two tools that we can use to practice and develop the skill of dreaming.

Griffin is the Founder of Naughty Shaman, the Director of the Dharma School U.S. and Director of the Naughty Shaman Center for Shamanic Arts.

She is also a certified yoga teacher and was on the teaching staff of The Four Winds Institute of Energy Medicine. Griffin is currently a Senior Teacher of Transpersonal Coaching for Acersentido, an international coaching company headquartered in Chile. Come dream with us on March 21. Please register by calling 860-844-5352. Cost is $5. Bring your own lunch. Beverage and dessert provided.
